Dylan is a full time server and bartender and has worked at Corner House since it opened in Kilwinning last September.
I love working as part of the team at Corner House and getting to know all the customers, the pace of it is great and there’s always good company. Before I started in hospitality I wasn’t too adventurous with food, but thanks to my training and working with the chefs I’ll now try anything!
When it come to a day off, my favourite venue to dine in is Lido Prestwick. I love the half chicken from the Churrasco grill with Piri Piri glaze and rosemary & sea salt potato wedges – so tasty!
