An Evening With Brian Maule

We were delighted to welcome world-class chef Brian Maule to host a Love Food Feel Good event at The Vine. Brian was trained by some of France’s most esteemed chefs, and later became Head Chef at London’s renowned Le Gavroche. He eventually returned to Scotland to open his own acclaimed restaurant, Le Chardon d’Or.

Guests enjoyed a sumptuous four-course fine dining experience, perfectly paired with wine. Marna Farrell from Inverarity Morton provided insightful tasting notes throughout the evening. Highlights from the menu included a pan-fried scallop with creamed leek and bacon crumb, and a duo of Scotch Beef served with roast and puréed celeriac and wild mushroom persillade.
