Another month, another masterclass with Neil!

Our Chef Training Manager is back at it with his monthly Masterclass and this time, the team got stuck into a Sicilian-inspired session. From hands-on butchery to rolling, roasting and plating, it was all about building skills, confidence, and having a bit of fun in the kitchen.

The best part? Everyone got to plate up their own dish at the end and tuck in!
