Over the past few weeks, our chefs from Scotts in Largs, Troon, South Queensferry, and Greenock have been working closely together – sharing ideas, developing new seasonal dishes, and refining recipes as a team.

From the initial brainstorming sessions to our final menu development days, it’s been a real team effort to create something fresh, vibrant, and full of flavour for the new season.
