Spring/Summer Menu Development

With Spring around the corner and Summer on the horizon, our Senior chefs and team members recently got together to shape our new seasonal menus across Scotts in Largs, Troon, South Queensferry, and Greenock.

From fresh, vibrant flavours to new seasonal inspirations, it was a fantastic opportunity for our Chefs to draw on their creativity & experience, share ideas, and bring fresh inspiration to the table for our guests. We’re looking forward to seeing these ideas come to life in the months ahead!
