Rising Star!

We recently hosted an internal competition to showcase the culinary skills of our kitchen teams. Collaborating with senior chefs, our Commis and Chef de Parties crafted their own specials for the spotlight. Among the stellar submissions, Saby from Scotts South Queensferry took first place! He presented a winning dish of beetroot-cured scallops, basil cream, and compressed melons, finished with a truffle & orange dressing – delicious!
